The most difficult part of therapy is showing up, even when it’s uncomfortable. When clients ask what they should do or how they get better, I often humbly remind them they are already doing it! Reaching out for help is a monumental step that cannot be understated

These are questions I often hear from clients as they struggle through finding their way back to their own voice and self-trust. Diet culture, well-meaning sports coaches, friends, and family all provide opinions on what you should do, the “best” or “right” way to be, and the rules or ways of being that will get you there.

My goal as a therapist is to accompany you on the journey back to yourself, back to wholeness, confidence, and wellness.
